If bacon makes everything better, then prosciutto makes everything amazing! At Cioffi’s we have many different types of prosciutto (dry-cured ham) to choose from. All of them are delicious and everybody has their own preference of which one they like best. Some of my favourites are Ruliano and San Daniele. - Pears topped with Cambozola cheese and wrapped in prosciutto covered in honey
- Dates stuffed with Manchego cheese wrapped with prosciutto and grilled
- Cannellini bean salad or dip with prosciutto, green onion, garlic, & lemon juice
- Pea salad with fresh buffalo mozzarella, crispy prosciutto, & a mint vinaigrette
- Grilled peaches with burrata, prosciutto, arugula, & balsamic glaze
- Deviled eggs with crispy prosciutto on top
- Artichoke, prosciutto, and garlic dip (Blend until smooth with lemon juice, sour cream, basail, parsley, and mayonnaise)
